What is PLACE?
PLACE is a process that will help you discover how God has uniquely designed you, as well as help you realize His purpose for your life. PLACE uses an assessment tool and personal consultation to aid you in seing how God is working in your life and has equipped you to serve Him.
PLACE stands for:
P- Personality Discovery
L- Learning Spiritual Gifts
A- Abilities
C- Connecting Passion with Ministry
E- Life Experiences
Goals of PLACE:
- To illuminate how God has equipped each person through their unique spiritual gifts, personality, abilities, life experiences and passions.
- To connect people with the ministry God has called them to.
The PLACE process:
- Attend a PLACE workshop or class. Take the assessment.
- Seek God's guidance through prayer, his word, other believers, and Grace Baptist Church.
- Meet with a consultant to discuss your assessment results and available service opportunities at Grace.
