Through our assisting in Sunday church services, helping with Bible studies, and weekly volunteering, inmates at the Manassas Adult Detention Center learn of God’s love firsthand. Their lives are transformed by acceptance of God’s gift of salvation and surrendering their lives to Him. Inmates can be excited about transformation because God doesn’t intend for them to stay where they are spiritually. Just because they are in jail doesn’t mean that life ceases to exist. There is an average of 8-10 decisions for Christ each month. GBC also supports this ministry financially. We have been able to purchase Bibles for the inmates and help meet physical needs.
