It's more of an event than a "class" and is open to anyone  who would like to learn more about Grace and its staff. It is typically held once a month on a Saturday morning in Building C's Chilton Room. Twice each year we also offer an evening Discovery Class. Whether you have never visited Grace or you have attended many times, Discovery Class is for you!

 

All GBC pastors and directors, along with hostesses who provide delicious food for Discovery Class participants. The most important person involved is you if you decide to attend! We would love to get to know you better and answer any of your questions.

 

After introductions and pictures, GBC pastors and directors give presentations during which they tell about their families and explain their work at GBC. Midway through the class, grade-schoolers have their own Discovery time with GBC's Director of Children's Ministry, and youth attendees have a separate group time with our GBC Student Pastor. The last item of the class is a Q & A time with our Senior Pastor. Then everyone gathers back for a meal.

 

No. It is simply a time for attendees and staff to get to know each other better.

 

Childcare is provided at no charge for birth through kindergarten in Building A Nursery & Preschool area. Discovery Class requires no payment or preparation. However, reservations are required to plan for food and childcare.
